Research objective: Investigation of FDG uptake in NHP brainĀ 

Animal model: Female Macaca fascicularis, 4.5 kg

Acquisition protocol: PET imaging: 15 min per bed, 2 bed positions, 40 min after injection. CT imaging: 80kV, 52s per bed, 2 bed positions.

Processing and reconstruction protocol: PET: 3D OSEM, 0.84 mm isotropic voxel size. CT: 0.16 mm isotropic voxel size.

Biomarker or contrast agent: 18F-FDG; Injected activity: 85 MBq i.v.

CASE 2: NHP brain PET imaging with [18F]FEOBV

Research objective: Study of [18F]FEOBV uptake in NHP brain

Animal model: Female Macaca fascicularis, 2.9 kg

Acquisition protocol: PET dynamic acquisition for 121 min, starting 1 min before injection

Processing and reconstruction protocol: Image reconstruction with following frames: 1x60s, 18x30s, 11x60s, 10x10min, 3D OSEM, 0.84 mm isotropic voxel size

Biomarker or contrast agent: [18F]FEOBV, 92 MBq

Image analysis: Software: PMOD v4.2. Image co-registered on a brain Macaca fascicularis MRI template (www.cermep.fr/download/atlas)

CASE 3: NHP brain PET/CT dynamic FDG imaging
